The LMGL management team
With years of experience in property, finance and enfranchisement management, LMGL’s directors have held senior positions with leading banks, investment houses and international property development businesses.
We have successfully traded short-term leases in Prime Central London (PCL), developed residential and commercial mixed blocks and high-end penthouses. For ourselves and clients we have obtained complex planning consents, raised substantial private equity and bank funding.
Christopher Stainforth
Chairman
Christopher is an investment banker with over 45 years’ experience in the City, including seven as head of corporate finance at Guinness Mahon Ltd (latterly Investec) and two as chief executive of Durlacher Plc (now Panmure Gordon). During his career, he has helped to launch several companies and has sat on the board of more than 20 small to medium-sized businesses in sectors such as financial services and property.

Guy has more than 27 years’ experience in property development and leasehold enfranchisement. During his career, he has specialised in trading short-term leases and developing residential and commercial mixed blocks, as well as high-end penthouses, in Prime Central London (PCL).
David Hobden
Director
David is an RICS qualified chartered surveyor who spent several years working for BNP Paribas Real Estate before moving to head up a multi-sector property company. In his current role he runs a London based business specialising in UK property development, investment and finance across all sectors, and has a broad knowledge of the industry including the specialist sector of leasehold enfranchisement.
Justin Jones
Director
Justin has worked for over 30 years in structured and corporate finance, with experience in international banking, communications, commercial property development and infrastructure funding, in which he has concentrated on bringing finance to water supply projects in several African cities.
